The following photos are taken on a holiday travelling through Northern California in May 2013. I came back a week ago, but I’ve made the mistake of taking way too many photos on the way. I will just have to work my way through, so I won’t post pictures from this trip in a chronological or any logical order, just some random ones at random times. First up, the “dancing” turkey of Carmel, found in the quiet country roads in the highlands just minutes away from busy Carmel town and beach. These aren’t touristy photos, and that’s how they stand out in my big pile of pictures. I love the dancing bird. Never seen it before, and the light was magical.
